A sumptuous single pot still whiskey with a great degree of ageing, Redbreast 15 is richer, earthier and stronger than its 12 year old sibling. An essential part of any whiskey-drinker's education. With the 15yo in 2005 the resurrection of the Irish Single Pot Still Whiskeys took place. First bottled in a small batch for a French whiskey dealer, it became available soon after. Still a classic representative of the single pot still whiskey from Midleton. Not as boisterous as the 12yo, not as fruity-sweet as the 21yo, but fine and dignified. NOSE Aromas of fruit compote, cinnamon and clove. Good clean streak running through it, but the rich spiciness dominates. PALATE A touch drier than expected, with austere peppery spice making its presence felt, but sweetened up with spicy oak and fresh apple and mango. FINISH Dry, peppery, spicy. ABV: 46%

A unique collaboration between the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain and the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Initially matured in traditional bourbon & sherry casks for a period of 9-12 years. It is then finished for one extra year in first fill sherry butts which have been seasoned with oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. A welcoming mix of spiced apple juice, dried fruits, dusty oak, orange peel, pear drops, crystalised ginger and creme caramel. Sweet, fruity and creamy. Some classic pot still prickliness at the start and some touches of sappy oak, tart citrus, dried fruits and chocolate toffees Nice development in the mouth with a smooth transition from tart, bittersweet fruit to headier, chocolate, spice and sappy oak flavours.

The first gin from Japan's legendary Suntory - Roku Gin. This expression is made using a selection of botanicals, including six Japanese botanicals provide a whistle-stop tour of the four seasons. These include sakura leaf and sakura flower for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. Traditional gin botanicals also featured include the likes of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon, among others.

Sapporo is the oldest brand of beer in Japan, founded in 1876. The legend of our beer began with the adventurous spirit of Seibei Nakagawa, Japan's first German-trained brewmaster. Fueled by an adventurous spirit, Seibei Nakagawa left Japan at the age of 17 at a time when doing so was strictly forbidden. His travels eventually led him to Germany where he learned the craft of brewing, a craft he would apply back home in 1876 as Sapporo’s first brewmaster.

When Familia Schroeder winery was being built, workers uncovered the bones of a large herbivore dinosaur. The singularity of the find, inspired the name SAURUS for these premium set of wines. Saurus Malbec has an inviting deep purplish red color with aromas of red fruits like cherries and plums. It has fresh and fruity flavors with well-defined varietal Malbec characters enhanced by a touch of oak that brings hints of vanilla and caramel.  

SAURUS SAUVIGNON BLANC When Familia Schroeder winery was being built, workers uncovered the bones of a large herbivore dinosaur. The singularity of the find, inspired the name SAURUS for these premium set of wines. Saurus Sauvignon Blanc features an outstanding pale-straw yellow color. This elegant wine shows citrus and white peach aromas, gently combined with pasture notes. The mouth feel is fruity, fresh and with a lively acidity. The name of the Saurus wines was inspired by the discovery of the fossilized bones of one of the largest dinosaurs that inhabited this land, discovered during the construction of the Familia Schroeder winery in the wild plains of Argentine Patagonia. Saurus Sauvignon Blanc is distinguished by its striking pale straw yellow colour. Elegant on the nose, citrus and white peach aromas are combined with notes of green grass. On the palate it is fruity, fresh and with good acidity

Patagonia is the most Southerly, and therefor coolest, wine growing region in Argentina. It produces a wine with much more elegance and refinement than the bigger and bolder wines of Mendoza. This Malbec has a deep hue with flavours of red cherry and currant on the palate complimented by dark chocolate and vanilla from the oak. Sweet tannins on the finish. The nose is intense and deep, dominated mainly by dark and ripe berry aromas, fresh berries it is, but on the verge of being jammy: ripe blackberry and dark cherry. Profound dark cocoa notes make it smell deep and intriguing, charming with hints of sweet vanilla and woodfire smoke. Add bursts of chili-like pepperiness, and you have an explosive and very fragrant aromatic profile. Put the wine in your mouth, and the wine bursts in lively acidity sustaining explosive fresh red berry and juicy fresh purple plum flavors. It tastes like a raspberry coulis, accentuated and lifted by a wealth of black pepper, and of course without the sweetness of a coulis. It is dry but feels generous, helped by its round body, ripe dark berry flavors, and super-smooth tannins. The texture is soft and generous, yet offering great fruity tension from its crisp acidity. Long, juicy, fruity, spicy, and meaty finish. It is layered and complex in its aftertaste, delivering successively some raspberry jam, minty black pepper, clove and other sweet spices, cured meaty tones, and oaky caramel. Overall An excellent Malbec that delights thanks to the vibrancy of its fresh yet generous berry flavors deepened by an opulent and refined complexity.

  OUR STORY BEGINS WITH SIR ERNEST SHACKLETON. Iconic polar explorer, and one of the greatest leaders the world has ever seen. A man whose expeditions are legendary. Driven by the desire to conquer uncharted lands, Sir Ernest embarked on an epic journey to reach the undiscovered South Pole, leading his team on the 1907 British Antarctic Expedition. The extreme conditions saw the Pole slip from their grasp, but they returned as heroes, making headlines around the world after breaking all records to reach 88* South. To bolster team spirit, Sir Ernest had personally ordered 25 cases of ‘Mackinlay’s Rare Old Highland Malt Whisky’ for the Antarctic expedition. In 2007 eleven bottles of this Scotch which has been hidden underneath the floorboards of the base camp hut for a century, were painstakingly recovered. World renowned Master Blender, Richard Paterson, brought bottles back to Scotland to uncover the secrets within this lost whisky.

The Simple Life Chardonnay is a delicate style of Chardonnay emphasizing the bright fruit flavors and balanced acidity. This wine opens with aromas of fresh pear, melon, and Meyer lemon zest, alongside floral blossom notes. The attractive aromas come alive on the palate with juicy pear, nectarine, toasted almond, and vanilla crème flavors that work well with the mineral notes and the crisp acidity of the wine.
