Volare White Cacao is an aromatic liqueur obtained from the infusion of roasted cocoa beans. The color is light white, and the taste is typical of cocoa: delicate, sweet and inviting. It has an alcohol content of 20 volumes and is used in many drinks, one of the most famous being the Grasshopper cocktail.
