Royal Salute 21 Years (usual price $255) This was launched as a reference to the 21-gun salute, the tradition of firing guns to celebrate special State and Royal occasions. Its unique flagon is made of porcelain, crafted by Wade Ceramics (UK) bottled in 3 colours: Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire, representing the jewels on the Coronation crown of Queen Elizabeth II. The first flagon in 1953 was crafted by Royal Doulton. Colour: Deep Golden Amber. Nose: Rich, fruity aromas and sweet fragrance of autumn flowers. Powerful aromas of sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with the full fragrance of autumn flowers. Elegant aromas of sweet vanilla and a dry oakiness are enhanced with subtle notes of sherry and smoke. Taste: Full, deep fruity flavours with a subtle smokiness. The first taste of Royal Salute brings the subtleties of the nose to life. Sumptuous sweet orange marmalade flavours infused with fresh pears burst across the tongue. The second taste brings in a rich medley of spices and a nuttiness of hazelnuts that have a mouth filling intensity and then the final warmth from hints of masculine smokiness. Finish: Rich, long, lingering. Awards: GOLD – San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2013 SILVER OUTSTANDING – International Wine & Spirits Competition 2013

Tanqueray No. TEN takes its name from ‘Tiny Ten’, the nickname of the small copper pot still where every drop is produced, but there is nothing minor about its flavour. The only gin made using whole citrus fruit, including white grapefruit, lime, and orange, along with juniper, coriander, and a hint of chamomile flowers, No. TEN has a unique, full-bodied character and citrus undertone. It is this combination of full body and fresh flavor that has made it a perennial favourite amongst passionate bartenders. And it’s not only these bartenders who applaud No. TEN. Upon its launch, this gin was crowned ‘Best White Spirit” three times in a row at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, at which point it was retired from the competition into the Hall of Fame, where it remains the only white spirit. Tanqueray No. TEN is renowned for its versatility, and is in fine form in classic stirred drinks such as the Martini and Negroni, as well as in fruit forward cocktails such as the Southside and Clover Club.

THE EMBODIMENT OF BRAVERY In 1263, Colin of Kintail, Chief of the Clan Mackenzie, took a bold decision to stand up and be counted, and felled a charging stag which attacked King Alexander III of Scotland. In return for saving his life, the grateful King gifted the 12-pointed Royal Stag emblem to the Mackenzie Clan as a reward. When descendants of the Mackenzie Clan took over the ownership of The Dalmore distillery in 1867, they continued to honour this brave act and proudly put the 12-pointed Royal Stag on the bottle. To this day, the Stag still adorns each and every bottle of The Dalmore. To celebrate the pioneering and innovative values of the Mackenzie Clan, our Master Distiller has painstakingly created the only single malt in the world to unite a unique six cask finish for one outstanding achievement. Spirits matured in ex-bourbon casks, Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, Madeira barrels, Marsala casks, Port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques are combined in perfect harmony to create a uniquely complex, yet smooth single malt. This is the embodiment of brave creativity and a lifetime’s experience.
