Bulleit Bourbon is made with small-batch techniques inspired by those pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Tasting Notes: ​Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor. Award: Gold Medal - San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2012

The Chandon Brut is straw yellow in colour with flashes of green and a fine persistent bead. A bright and fresh fruit bouquet of citrus blossom, subtle pear and white nectarine combines with savoury characters of roasted nuts and delicate spices. The entry is soft with generous primary fruit characters followed by a creamy mid-palate offering nougat and nectarines extending to a lingering and crisp brut finish.

It is the perfect ingredient for cocktails thanks to its delicate yet persistent and characteristic aftertaste. It can be served straight or with a splash of soda.

Cloudy Bay Chardonnay is an intriguing, textural wine with pure fruit flavours of citrus and stone fruit enhanced by a savoury nuttiness and subtle new oak.

Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2011 captures your senses with immense florals including violets, boronia and flowering wild thyme. Raspberry licorish entices further along with wild strawberry, dark cherries, tabacco & spice. The palate is juicy but balanced by rich forest floor, clove and savoury flavours.
