Time Slot 1: Between 10.30am to 12.30pm
Time Slot 2: Between 3.30pm to 7pm
Please indicate your preferred time slot for delivery in the remarks column. If left blank, delivery will be anytime between 10.30am to 7pm.
Product Availability Status
Please take note of the Product Availability Status prior to confirmation of order.
In Stock (Green)
We endeavour to ship all products with "In Stock" Status within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Pre-order products may take between 3 to 10 working days to be shipped.
Should we be unable to fulfill your order after10 working days, you will be notified and the full amount paid will be refunded if any.
Out of Stock (Red)
Products that are out of stock have no estimated arrival date.
If you are interested to purchase this product, you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we shall notify you when stock is available for purchase.
Whilst all efforts have been made to ensure that delivery is made within the time frame, we will not be held responsible for any losses due to the delay in delivery of goods.
Products are sent in their original condition without any packaging.
Some products may come with complimentary giftboxes. Please read the product information, to find out if the product you require comes with a complimentary giftbox.
You may top up $3.50 for Gift Wrapping & a Gift Bag.
Giftcards are complimentary.
Delivery Area / Zone
We provide delivery to local Singapore addresses only (except PO Boxes).
Customers are required to assist our delivery team to obtain any special entrace permits or passes required at the place of delivery.
E.g. Marina Bay Sands, Resorts World Sentosa.
Delivery Service is complimentary to 1 location, for purchases of $150.00 and above.
For orders below $150.00, a delivery charge of $10.00 applies.
Wine vintages are subject to changes. Information on the current vintages on sale can be requested through our general email: email@example.com
Goods sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Customers are advised to check that orders are received in good and proper condition prior to acceptance.
Should there be any discrepancies, please reject the order immediately.
Product Fault / Damages
Damaged bottles should be rejected at the time of delivery.
A replacement will be sent within 2 working days for the particular damaged product (not the whole consignment).
"Corked" Wine bottles (production defects) may be exchanged, provided they are returned within 2 working days.

Legal Age for purchase and Consumption of Alcohol
We reserve the rights to refuse delivery to persons under the age of 18 or if we have reasons to infer that the consignment would likely be consumed by minors. Please provide your identification for verification.
Customers agree and verify that they are of legal age for alcohol consumption upon entering the website and upon check-out.
If no persons of legal age is able to accept the goods at the time of delivery, a penalty of $13.00 will be applied for re-delivery.
We allow a maximum of 3 re-deliveries, after which, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full, less the penalty charges made for re-delivery.
